Digital satellite network of electronic «NURL@n cinemas 
Transmission of films is made with the help of DVD-players which are designed for the wide range of users from all parts of the country. Cinemas which are located in large regional centers, small electronic cinemas in countryside or in urban district centers, camps of oil industry workers and of geologists, pioneer camps, hospitals, military units, frontier post and also mobile cinemas are considered to be users of the transmission. Project foresees a creation of the satellite system on the basis of a popular digital technology DVB (Digital Video Broadcasting).
Integrated digital network «Integrated digital network» is intended for granting of a following telecommunication service:
— Interactive remote training and connection of schools to the Internet;
— a telemedicine;
— distribution of feature films on a network of electronic cinemas;
— the high-speed Internet;
— A library network;
— rural communication;
— broadband marine telecommunication satellite system.

Movie Channel Nurl@n Satellite «KazSat» went out of service on 08.06.2008, and in consequence of this matter, movie channel Nurl@n which was broadcasting by the means of above sputnik stopped transmission. Information about resumption of the work of movie channel Nurl@n will be given further. Specialized training center DISO.KZ ‘Jarykh’ company, using modern technology, created specialized training center «DISO.KZ».
